Nightly Stays

• 2+ days before check-in:  $10 fee
• 0-1 days before check-in:  Equal to 1 night stay
• 2-night minimum stay/cancellation fee during holiday weeks

Date Changes

• Reservation date changes within the above timeframes are subject to standard cancellation fees.

Check-in / Check-out:  Check-in is at 1:00pm Central Time. Check-out is 11:00am Central Time.  Please note that we are on Central time, not Eastern, so if you are coming from the North you will change time zones.

Don't hurt the grass!  Do not park or drive on the grass. We do not allow rugs or mats on the grass, even for a short stay, as they will kill the grass. All vehicles must be parked in line on your site (i.e. not perpendicular or angled across gravel) to avoid tires crossing grass upon entry/exit.  A minimum $50 fee will be charged to you for failure to follow this rule.  

Freezing temperatures: We will 'winterize' the hydrant at your site. Do not unplug or turn off the breaker for the heat tape. You are responsible for using a heated hose and/or taking appropriate action to prevent your hose from freezing which may include disconnecting your water hose and turning off the hydrant during freezing temperatures. Don't forget to properly winterize any external water accessories such as filters, regulators, elbows, etc. If damage or water loss occurs from failure to take appropriate precautions or disconnect there will be a minimum $250 fee to cover repairs and water loss. We reserve the right to shut off park water during freezing temperatures.  Only skirting specifically manufactured for RVs is allowed (no hay/tarp/Styrofoam/etc.).

Site Locations:  If you want to be guaranteed a specific site or wish to be side-by-side with another guest, we highly recommend you choose to "lock" your site at booking.  Our system automatically optimizes sites to accommodate as many reservations as possible.  In other words, your site location may change multiple times between booking and arrival if you choose not to "lock" the location.  By the time you arrive, it may be too late for our staff to rearrange sites to your desired location.  All sites are pull-through, full hookup with 30/50 amp, and will be able to accommodate your RV and 1 vehicle. 

Pets:  Pets MUST BE ON A LEASH no more than 6ft in length and UNDER ADULT OWNER'S CONTROL at all times. A fenced pet exercise area is provided. You must clean up after your pet, a cleanup fee will be assessed for not properly disposing of your dog's waste. Pets cannot be left outside unattended, do not tie your pet up to our trees or allow them to damage/pee on our flowers and plants. Pets are not allowed in any buildings or the pool area. Dog waste stations are located throughout the park, do not dispose of dog waste in trash cans located inside buildings. Pets must not be aggressive or a nuisance.

Garbage:  Place bagged trash on edge of CENTER road by 10:00am for pickup by park staff. No boxes or loose trash. Cigarette butts are trash and must be properly discarded. Do not put trash or boxes in fire pits. 

Vehicles:  Only one vehicle and RV allowed per site. Additional vehicles, oversized vehicles (i.e. Semi Tractors, or cargo/car trailers) must be approved by park staff at time of booking. Vehicle must be parked on your gravel site in line with RV (i.e. not perpendicular or angled across gravel). Do not drive through unoccupied sites. The speed limit is 5 mph, stop at all stop signs, and watch for pedestrians. You must receive prior approval to charge your vehicle through our pedestal, or through your RV when it is connected to our pedestal, and fees will apply. Vehicle and RV must be clean and in good condition. Only street legal vehicles are allowed in the park; valid driver's license is required. No off-road vehicles, golf carts, or dirt bikes. Provisions made for ADA compliance. Vehicle maintenance is not allowed. You may purchase a vehicle wash permit for $10.

Park Buildings (Restrooms, Laundry Room, Game/Fitness Room):  Open 24hrs. Children must be accompanied by an adult in all buildings. Bathrooms are closed daily from 11am to 1pm for cleaning. Fitness equipment is for adults only. No smoking in buildings. Leave buildings clean. Please dry off from pool before entering buildings.  

Pavilion / Pickle Ball courts:  The Pickle Ball courts are available for use during daylight hours. Individuals 17 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult while using the Pickle Ball courts. The Pavilion is available for use 8am – 9pm. No heat/cooking devices are allowed on Pavilion picnic tables. Leave area clean and properly dispose of trash.   

Pool:  Per Health Department regulations no person shall be in pool area alone, and individuals 17 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Please be considerate of noise level while enjoying the pool. Review all additional Pool Rules posted in the pool area prior to entering. Memorial Day through Labor Day, the pool is open 10am – 8pm, barring inclement weather. 

Children:  Children must be supervised at all times. Parents are responsible for their children’s safe and considerate conduct and any injuries or damage that they may incur or cause. Individuals 17 years old must and under be accompanied by an adult in all park buildings, the pool area, and the Pickle Ball court area.  

Visitor registration: All campers/guests/visitors must register at the office and display a park pass. Visitors must register with office, a fee for each visitor applies. Visitors must exit the park by 9:00pm Central Time. Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons and pets in their group. 

Fire pits and BBQs:  All sites have built-in fire pits. You may use your own portable fire pit or BBQ on gravel. Fires must be supervised, no more than 2 feet high, and properly extinguished. Use proper heat and grease protection for table-top grills on picnic tables at sites. Do not discard or burn trash, cardboard boxes, or cigarette butts in fire pits.

Quiet Hours:  Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am. Excessively loud music, vehicles, or behavior are prohibited at all times.  

Fireworks and firearms:  Along with any other devices or materials that could pose danger to guests or property are prohibited. 

Guests and their visitors agree to use the campground and facilities at their own risk. The management and owners are not responsible for damage, injury or loss to persons, pets, or property. Guests are responsible and will be charged for any damage they cause to campground property.  Fees may be assessed for each rule violation. Management reserves the right to terminate the stay or refuse entry to any person who has exhibited a disregard for the rules without a refund. By making a reservation with Cave Country RV Campground you give permission for the park to use photographs/video of your RV/vehicle in our promotional/marketing materials.  We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, regulations, and fees as we deem necessary.
